WELCOME to the Southeast Fountain School Corporations website. I encourage
each of you to take some time and search our pages along with the related
links to discover more about our schools and faculty. We have a great number
of items to share that will assist you as you search our site for information.
We hope that the newly updated web pages are easier to navigate and that you
are able to gather all the information that you are searching for easily and
quickly.
Southeast Fountain School Corporation is a wonderful school corporation that
focuses on students. The SEF family works very hard to provide the safest
and least restrictive environment for your children to learn and grow. We
are pleased to offer Harmony to assist our families with student
information and updates. Harmony will allow families and educators
to communicate clearly and in a more timely fashion. Student information will
be available for families to review online in an effort to stay as current
as possible with their progress. Please keep an eye open for this program
and ask your child’s teachers how they are utilizing it. Once the parents
have received their password they will have access to their child’s
information only and will be able to review that information from home. If
you need your password please e-mail our technology director, Tricia Keeling,
for that information. A second tool that we use is the rapid communication
system, Alertnow. Alertnow is a great program that allows
us to communicate quickly and efficiently with all of our Southeast Fountain
families. We have used it for one school year and are pleased with the results.
You may hear your child’s principal this year because we have expanded
our use of the service and the building level administrators will be using
it for announcements that are specific to their buildings. I will also be
using Alertnow to notify families of any school delays or closings.
For this reason, please be certain your contact information is accurate and
complete.
We continue to reinforce professional growth of our teachers and staff so
we are able to help lead your children. The administrators are also continuing
to grow professionally so that they may add current skills to their already
vast knowledge of education and best practices. If you have any questions
