Fountain Central Junior-Senior High School is preparing all

Fountain Central Activity Calendar
The Fountain/Warren County Health Department is gearing up for our School Based Mass Immunization Clinics for H1N1. We continue to receive our supply of H1N1 vaccine, and the estimated clinic dates are preliminary. We are publishing this information now in order to increase public awareness. Timing, location, and dates of clinics may change. The only reliable way for you to find the most up to date clinic times will be on our website: www.FWHealth.org
H1N1 vaccines Wed. Nov 18 8a-3p for students and 3p-5p for target population -- Held in the elementary gym. If they aren't able to get done on Wednesday they will plan to come back on Thursday, Nov 19 from 8am to noon.
