The state just released information to schools indicating that scores for the 7th & 8th grade ISTEP tests would not be available until at least JULY. The login paper parents received indicated that scores would be available the end of May. This delay is due to the many problems that occurred during ISTEP administration this year due to systems issues. Fountain Central Junior Senior High School did NOT experience these difficulties during our testing. Therefore, our score validity is not in question. However, we will still have to wait on the state to release scores.

Parents of students in grades 7-12: 
    Your student will be bringing home a parent letter outlining the steps to Login to the Indiana Parent Network or the Questar Assessment’s ServicePoint system to view student ISTEP and ECA scores.  7th & 8th grade students will bring home parent letters on Wednesday May 22nd & High School students will bring home letters on Thursday May 23rd.  High School letters are ONLY for students who took the Algebra I, Biology I, and English 10 End of Course Assessments.  The letter provides parents with instructions for using the website and a help number if needed.
This Login information is NOT available through the school. 
     Individual reports will not be mailed home as they are accessible online through these websites.  ISTEP information should be available the end of May and ECA information has already begun to arrive.  Parents can request that ECA test questions be rescored after reviewing their results.  ONLY PARENTS can make this request beginning on July 24, 2013.

This summer we have the opportunity to give some FREE summer lessons to students who would like some motivation to practice over the summer and are really looking to improve. If you would like to participate, print out the form below and return it to Mrs. Newnum.

Southeast Fountain School Corporation is pleased to announce a new feature in Harmony that is now available to students/parents. This Push Notification feature is now available when you log into your child’s Harmony account. Please follow the attached guide to set up one or multiple notification accounts today. This will allow you to receive either email or text messages when your student is marked absent, tardy, grade falls below a certain letter grade, lunch balance falls below a certain amount and when a test grade is entered. Starting May 1st, St. Vincent North “Walk-In” clinic and South Clinic will again be offering sport physicals for elementary – high school students at a discounted fee of $15.00.  Sport physicals are good for the school year 2013-2014 starting May 1st.
