 Substitute Custodians
  • Southeast Fountain Elementary School and ​Fountain Central Jr/Sr High School​ are accepting applications for a Substitute Custodian.

Certified Applicants  
All certified applicants are required to submit the following information:

  2. Cover Letter (or letter of intent)

  • A copy of a teachers license and/or transcripts are not required unless hired.

Substitute Teacher Applicants  
All substitute teacher applicants are required to have at least 25 or more college credit hours and submit the following information:
  1. Fill out Southeast Fountain Substitute Teacher Application   (Click below to download the Substitute Teacher Application).
  2. Apply for a criminal history check with Safe Hiring Solutions (click here to go to Safe Hiring Solutions website).   Fill out the online application (cost is $28 to prospective employee).   This report will be sent from Safe Hiring Solutions directly to the school when completed.
  3. Apply for a substitute license
    Go online to https://license.doe.in.gov/
    (Skip this step if you already have a teaching license or substitute license and provide our office a copy of such.)
